First time as a rental.
Well cared-for, bright and clean 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath in gated community in Wingfield Springs. Home is 2009 square feet with an open concept downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs and include a sitting/TV area centered between rooms. Easy care yard and great area. We are open to a smaller dog or cat with a pet deposit. We are happy to loan out a washer and dryer already at the home, but it will not be part of the rental agreement. We are renting on a month-to-month basis but will consider longer lease. No Smoking. Owner pays HOA fees, tenant pays utilities. Available December 1st.
