Lease is month to month. Up to two pets are allowed, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. for dogs. Tenant MUST have renter's insurance with dog named in coverage. Pets must be spayed or neutered and up to date on all shots and be established with a veterinarian. Year-round flea and tick treatment required. There is a one-time $300 move-in fee for each pet, and $25 per month pet rent per pet.

Rent is $1400 per month. Minimum household income is 3x rent ($4200) per month. First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. If your application and references pass requirements, a $25 fee will be collected for each adult applicant to run a background check.

This is a smoke-free building. For the health and safety of all tenants, absolutely no smoking within 25 feet of the building. Vaping inside is allowed. The ideal tenant will be willing to assist with taking garbage to the street weekly and keeping the grounds free of trash.

Landlord provides trash pickup service, water, and plowing and lawn mowing.
