*PLEASE READ* This is a cooperative (COOP) building and requires Board approval. This is a sublease. The owner/landlord would like all prospective tenants to complete a National Tenant Network (NTN) application. The NTN is a non-refundable fee of $20 and will do an extensive background check. If the owner is satisfied with the results of your NTN application, you will then be allowed to move forward to the Board application. The Board application is a NON-REFUNDABLE $350 fee. The fee is for the processing of your application by the Board. Once the application is complete, the Board will meet with you either in-person or via Zoom for an interview. If the Board declines you, you will not be able to move into the building. If the Board approves you, you will then be required to pay a REFUNDABLE fee of $1,000 to the management company. The $1,000 fee is for $500 move-in fee, and $500 move-out fee. In addition, the owner is requiring first months rent 2,100. Pets are welcomed, but must not exceed 35 lbs.
