This bright DUPLEX apartment offers THREE KING size bedrooms, South facing balcony, washer, dryer, dishwasher, Porcelanosa bathrooms, new fridge with French doors.
Each bedroom fits a king bed and several pieces of other furniture. All bedrooms are very quiet, and they are on the upper floor.
The largest bedroom has the balcony, and this is where you could always see the sunset, maybe sipping your favorite drink. As of yet I have only a few pictures of the apartment but you will receive more upon request.
You will have RING doorbell. Also there are TWO ADT cameras in the front yard, and there is one camera in the backyard.
In the front yard there is a parcel box for small packages.
The house is steps away from L and J trains (Wilson and Chauncey).
I personally find the location ideal for
someone who takes the train, likes quick food shopping and wants to go to a park for workout (there are some gyms around as well).
The lower floor has the kitchen and livingroom, w/d, some storage space as well as a half bath. The upper floor has the bedrooms and a full bath. The full bath has two entrances - one from the largest bedroom, and the other one from the corridor.
You may change paint colors in the house provided you don't choose dark colors.
I heard visitors say "I'd like to live here."
Earning must be minimum 40 times rent. Very good credit is also a requirement. Absolutely no smoking on premises.
Parking is available for a low fee.
