This private apartment comes equipped with all necessities (sheets, bath towels, kitchen equipment, etc). It is a loft one bedroom with Queen Size bed and skylights. One full bath with bathtub and shower. This clean, bright and sunny space features a Living Room/Dining Room combo. Air Conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Kitchen with all basic amenities - we can provide a full list of amenities upon request.
Please note that the loft bedroom is approached by a steep staircase and may not be suitable for elderly, handicapped, or easy going children.
Private entrance and off street parking.
Gold Package Cable and Wifi included.
We are located a half mile from Heckscher Town Park and a mile from the Huntington Long Island Rail Road Station.
Within walking distance of downtown Huntington Village (three blocks) where a multitude of upscale restaurants, entertainment and excellent shopping are available...perfect location!
SMOKING There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property at anytime.
PETS We are not allowing pets at this time.
LINENS The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows.
PARKING - Please park you vehicle on the street.
Please be aware the bedroom is a lofted space, meaning the stairs leading to the bedroom are slightly steep and would not be safely accessible by anyone who is elderly or handicapped.
ELECTRICITY
When leaving the apartment for any amount of time it is required that all non-essential electricity be turned off. This includes lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning, etc. We reserve the right to enter the space to turn off any non-essential electricity should it be left on while you are out. Please also be sure to turn off the porch light when you have retired for the evening as this light is very bright and affects our neighbors during normal sleeping hours.
REPAIRS /SERVICE CALLS:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of equipment such as heating, air conditioning, TVs or other appliances. Please report any equipment that is not operating properly and we will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
All utilities are included in the rent. Including cable and Wi-Fi. Housekeeping is available upon request.
