Additionally, if you rent a house or an apartment, there's a small probability to come with paid utilities. It's feasible, but the percent of property rentals that have utilities included is as low as 9.4 of the available market.
Let the Shopping Season Begin
Searching for a house in Medina is like finding a gift on Christmas Eve. Armed with lots of patience and perseverance, give yourself one to maybe three weeks to find something that suits your needs without having to stress yourself. Excepting the holidays and weekend, you can set up meetings and visit places on any day of the year. Both realtors and landlords in Medina are more than happy to meet with you during weekdays to show you their available housing for rent.
Where You'll Stay
Some people are drawn to urban apartment homes because they simply like having all the amenities closer. Others prefer to escape the city's chaos and live in harmony with the nature. Regardless of what part of the city you end up, you will love every part of your new place - ask any resident! Furthermore, Medina is a town where residents love to drive their car, but many of them use their bike to run different errands.
Lease Day
This is the day before the welcoming party. Before you sign the final document that gives you the keys to your home, make sure you have everything in order. Bring the first month rent, the deposit and a proof of income. Landlords may also run a credit check on you to ensure you are eligible to pay your rent on time.
Living in Medina
Parks
Medina hosts a total of seven parks so there are high chances to pass by one every day on your way to work or while doing your shop for your groceries. There is nothing more relaxing than a short walk through the park before heading home or you can go for a picnic in one of the special areas. Those more adventurous can ride their skateboards or bikes during the warm season. In winter, the park is home of an ice skating rink. One of the parks even has a nearby camping area waiting for the locals to spend their weekends in the heart of nature. Most of the parks are open until dusk, but be careful because alcoholic drinks are strictly forbidden.
Activities
Besides the omnipresent parks, you can try out the local golf course, Shelridge Country Club. You can opt to participate at one of the weekly events, play golf or indulge yourself with a menu from the club's Bistro.
