Since the unit is not available until October 15th, I will only ask for $800 at move in for rent for the month of October.
Each month thereafter, beginning November 1st, the rent amount due is $1800. The current lease that I hold with the landlord ends on March 31st at which time you would be able to start a new lease if you desire. All utilities (except cable and internet) are included in the rent and 2 parking spaces (for this unit) are included in the rent also. A microwave and an air conditioner will be left in the unit for your use.
