“Management takes a very long time when responding to things you need. Parking spaces are very tight and is hard to get things in and out. The rooftop deck is nice but they used very cheap furniture which is now falling apart after less an a year. You can also hear everything through the walls”

What it’s like to live in Richmond
Riverfront renaissance energizes Richmond, where Philadelphia's former industrial district along the Delaware River now features distinctive adaptive reuse projects alongside traditional row homes. The developing commercial district continues adding amenities serving resident needs beyond visitor experiences, while excellent public transportation including multiple bus routes and the Market-Frankford Line creates car-optional possibilities.
