The manager literally does not go to the office, there are bugs and smoking in the buildings, they don’t care if you complain. The carpet in the doorways was soaked and they just left it there mold and all. There was mold growing in our unit and maintenance literally told us oh the cleaners didn’t cover it back up and when I asked about the nicotine they also said oh the cleaners should have wiped that. When I moved in the whole place reaked like smoke and had burn holes all over the floors and bathroom. This was never repaired. I left the unit spotless which is cleaner than when we moved in since they didn’t hire anyone to clean in. Do not rent here.
