My lease is 1315/month but I am willing to lower the price to 1215/month if you can move in during November. Security deposit is already paid. We will also offer a 500 moving special to help with the move in process and another holiday special if we can have a speedy transition. My favorite things about this apartment include the location, beautiful views (I'm on a top floor), brand new appliances (apartment is newly renovated), and huge gym. Amenities are great.
