-monthly household income must be at least 2 1/2 times higher than the monthly rent amount of the property (acceptable proof required)
-each applicant must give permission for REK to run a credit/criminal history screening.
-screenings reports reflecting any evictions and/or felony charges are automatically declined
-minimum credit score of 650

Security deposits are equal to 1 months' rent amount, and should be paid in certified funds, within 24 hours of approval notification
Lease agreements must be signed no later than 24 hours after the security deposit payment has been made.
