Smoking is not allowed in the room, but you can smoke outside on the deck.
Absolutely no drugs of any kind allowed on premise, violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.

You will have your own private deck with outside TV/Roku and access to Blackstone Grill.
Room includes: TV/Roku, bed, couch, kitchen island, silverware, plates/cups, cooking utensils, Pot/Pan, Dorm Fridge, Hot plate, Microwave, and Air Fryer.
Bathroom is fully stocked with linens and essentials.
No washer/dryer onsite, there is a laundromat 5 mins away.

We have two dogs that roam the property freely, they are both very friendly and love to be petted.
