We do not accept Zillow applications or any other third party applications.  All applications must be processed through Integrityokc.com There is a Lease Prep fee of $75 that is due at the time of lease signing.  Pets must be screened with our approved screening service. Pets that are approved and on the lease will be charged a pet fee and potentially a pet deposit as well. All Residents/households will be signed up for our Resident Benefit/Renters Insurance package at move in at a cost of $25 per month.
