Guymon Outskirts: The Outskirts contains both the north and south points of the city as well as the sparsely placed homes in the countryside. Here you will find mobile homes, medium-sized houses and small houses, most of which were built between 1970 and 1999. All this extra space costs renters and buyers a little extra, but not much!
