You can apply for this rental directly at TheTLCRealtyTeam.com/rentals Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex, equipped with a 2 car garage with an electric door, washer/dryer hookups, sprinkler system, small back yard (not fully fenced in as landscape is provided per the guidelines of the Homeowners Association). Rent is $1,895.00 per month and Security Deposit starts at $3,790.00. Pets accepted with an additional $500 toward the security deposit for first pet and $250 for each additional pet. Renters Insurance is required and due at time of signing. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. → Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.
