The home is in the highly desirable southwest hills, abutting Wild Iris Ridge and Willow Creek preserve. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with large lots that offer amazing privacy. A hiking path winds past the far side of the backyard, so you can step out of your home right onto the trail. There is an HOA, but it is not very active.

Lease Term: One Year
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $50/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water & sewer, refuse and internet/cable if desired. Owner/Agent responsible for HOA fees.
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer hookups in the garage.
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.
