We have a room available in 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath house in the Foster Powell neighborhood.
-Rent and utilities is flat rate $700 per month and a $500 refundable deposit.
-2 story house: Newer Build! Central heat and A/C, high speed internet, garage and shed for some storage, large common areas, small front porch and private back yard with fire pit & garden/flower beds.
-We will require proof of income and references from the right candidate.
-We are looking for a single person, no couples or roomshares please.
-We have 2 dogs so unfortunately we cannot take anymore pets (per the landlord).
-6 month lease required with a month to month option afterward if it seems like a good fit for everyone.
-We are looking for a housemate that is respectful, responsible, fairly easy-going, and friendly.
