“I gave 4 out of 5 because I like this apartment. Honestly the biggest headache has been 1. In the winter the pipes froze and I don't think it's well insulated so it was very very cold even with max heat on 2. They were doing window repairs at literally the most inconvenient times and I had asked if they could be scheduled at different times or dates. As someone who works from home this was a major inconvenience and the common office area isn't open early in the morning before 10 am I had to work in the hallway with all the noise in the apartment. And on top of that they didn't tell us until couple days before for sure the dates. When if they worked woth the project manager on the windows construction they would have easily been able to identify dates ahead of time”

“I love the way Rea manages the building. The people are friendly and welcoming. Rea stays on top of everything. It’s a great deal. I’ve rented since I got separated and divorced in 98.’ This is the best of all the apartments where I’ve lived. A good reason is Rea really runs this building like a Swiss clock.it has plenty of amenities and they reward my good credit. They’ve fixed things immediately. They keep up with everything. I only wish it wasn’t as close to a bike coffee shop, it can get pretty noisy. Luckily the windows are thick and the walls are thick so it’s a lot more quiet than in some buildings where I’ve lived.”
