A good reason is Rea really runs this building like a Swiss clock.it has plenty of amenities and they reward my good credit. They’ve fixed things immediately. They keep up with everything. I only wish it wasn’t as close to a bike coffee shop, it can get pretty noisy. Luckily the windows are thick and the walls are thick so it’s a lot more quiet than in some buildings where I’ve lived.”
