Powell Butte: Because of the modest home prices and the neighborhood's appreciation rates, this is the place if you want to jump on a rent to own home or condo deal.

Living in Redmond

The low cost of living and reasonable rents attract newcomers to the area, but the plethora of outdoor activities in the mountains surrounding the town keeps everyone in town and in a good mood.
