Resident is responsible for electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash.

Water, sewer and trash costs range from $75-100 a month, depending on the residents water usage.

Applicants net monthly income must be a minimum of 3X the rent.

Minimum credit score, 600.

Pets case by case w/ $300 deposit and an additional $40 a month

Once an application is received, we will ask the applicant for a copy of their ID, Social security card, last two paystubs, and last two bank statements.
