Lease term: Start date can either be mid-November (with rent prorated accordingly) or December 1st. End date is November 30th 2025 although it can be negotiated.

Location: Property is a 20 minute bus ride or 10 minute drive away from RISD and Brown. It's also a 10 minute bus ride or 5 minute drive to the Pawtucket/Central Falls train station and a 25 minute bus ride or 10 minute drive to downtown Providence. Access to the I-95 is 2 minutes away. Vincente's supermarket is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away. Adjacent streets have access to the R and 71 bus lines.

Utilities: Water and sewer included. 

Pets: Pets are welcome! However, cats and dogs (including large dogs) are only permitted contingent upon the unanimous approval of all current tenants in unit. This requirement does not apply to service animals. All pets must be house trained and tenant must have the ability to control their animal's noise level. Large dogs may require insurance.

Parking: 2 off-street parking spots are shared between all tenants in unit. 

Conveniences: Building access is by electric locks so that lock outs are less likely. Tenants can submit maintenance requests and pay rent online.
