Open living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (plates/silverware/cups/glasses/cookware/coffee maker, it has it all!) Front and side screened in porch. Cozy sectional patio sofa and flat screen TV in screened in porch to enjoy our Lowcountry Lifestyle to its fullest.

Private back porch off laundry/mud room perfect for morning coffee, or evening tea. BBQ propane gas grill for guest use on back porch as well.

Master bedroom (queen bed) on main level with large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and an en-suite oversized master bathroom (double vanity and doorless travertine shower). Half bathroom downstairs as well. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 double beds, the other with queen bed. Full bathroom upstairs along with ample closet space. *All bedding, linens, towels, washcloths provided.

Washer/Dryer included. Central heat and ac.

Small dog allowed "with" owners' written approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Sorry NO CATS allowed.
