This home is a 30-90 day rental with the possible option to renew. There is a $50 per person application fee for anyone 18 or older. You must pass a background check and pay the security deposit upon application approval to secure the dates of your stay. There is a 10% state accommodations tax applied to leases under 90 days. Pets are negotiable with a $300 non refundable pet fee for each approved pet. There is no smoking allowed in the home.
