Off the living room is a hallway to a large walk in pantry that is perfect for food storage and other personal items. To the left of the living room, you will find a table that sits 6, microwave and a kitchen that includes a electric oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Crockpot, Keurig, toaster and regular coffee pot are available for use.

To the right of the living room and down the hall you will run into a spacious guest bedroom w/ 2 full size beds, a large dresser, closet and mounted TV ( also with a firestick). Down the hall, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower for you convenience. Next to the bathroom, a stackable washer/dryer is there for your use. At the end of the hallway, you will find the spacious Master Bedroom Ensuite with large walk-in Shower and Closet.

The property has a large, very old gorgeous oak tree on the back of the property where it can viewed and enjoyed from your private deck. On the deck there is seating and also table/chairs for your outdoor dining needs. Down the stairs off the deck, you will find a patio with a propane grill and a firepit for your outdoor entertaining needs. Spacious yard is completely fenced in to keep children and pets safe.

The home can be rented as a month to month, 6 month or yearly. The rent reflected is for a month to month with all Utilities and items in the home to be used as part of that lease.
