I find it amazing for individuals such as myself that is under fifteen an hour. I've got amazing access to work as a non driver and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and pubic transportation.

I toured the complex, began the process of renting a unit, and backed out when I read the lease because of how bad it was.
