-This home is a 30-90 day rental with the possible option to renew. --There is a $50 per person application fee for anyone 18 or older. -You must pass a background check and once approved pay a security deposit. If the rental is for under 90 days you will pay 10% state accommodations taxes.

-Dogs are are welcome at a 2 pet maximum and $300 per pet non refundable pet fee. The home is non smoking.
