They’d close the amenities due to the type of renters they hosted. there was broken glass everywhere for weeks due to parties and loud groups of people who held no regard to the children or pets that walked and played where they’d make these messes. management did nothing about spray painted trees and broken windows. parking is soooo extra for no reason. we got towed moving in. focus on the people you’re letting in before parking as far as i’m concerned. get ready for charges out the hooha for no reason. they didnt pick up our trash and then fined us for trash not taken. we got charged for patio furniture but couldn’t tell us what was wrong with what we had as we followed the lease. no lighting outside which with the type of people they host, it’s scary to be outside. truly terrifying. management has no idea what they’re doing and pawn it to the next person who also has no idea what they’re doing. location is all this apartment gets.
