on my move-in date my apartment was not cleaned inside and out. My back porch has yet to be sprayed from dirt dust old bugs from the previous renters. I’ve been continuously killing spiders since I moved in and also a few roaches that I didn’t bring in. I moved in on June 24 and have not yet received a mailbox key

The entire managment staff is very unprofessional,l they dont return phone calls, nor emails, and their forcing people to pay for an amentity that some dont even use which is against the law
