This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a carport in good condition. It has a nice, quiet location not far from I-20. Thehome has some recent updates including laminated floors and we're in the process of updating the kitchen and getting newappliances. There is a little backyard with some shade trees. We are building a wooden privacy fence because the neighbordoes have dogs in her backyard. Security deposit will be equal to one month's rent, no pets or smoking, and we do require abackground check, credit check, and eviction checks. Applications are done on our website only, and all occupants over 18are required to be on the application. Application fees are $35 per person.
