Beautiful 4 bedroom home close to all of the schools & in the center of town. The neighborhood is amazing, with very low traffic flow. About 3 blocks from Hy-Vee, the high school and also very close to the middle school. Fully remodeled with modern features to match the style of the home. High wood ceilings in the living room with a wood-burning fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms, and all on the main level & 2nd level have their own private full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom in the basement also has a full bathroom, but it isn't connected to the bedroom. The open kitchen is the amateur chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, hood vent, wine fridge, and tons of counter & cabinet space. The large island is perfect for entertaining. There is a large 12 x 23' deck off the kitchen that is awesome for relaxing during the summer. The primary bedroom, bath & walk-in closet have all been remodeled with modern features, including a walk-in shower that is 4 x 6. The walkway between the 2 upstairs bedrooms overlooks the living room below. There is a pool table in the basement, along with an electric fireplace and a sauna off the basement bathroom. The house has a huge workshop in the basement utilities room, along with a large amount of storage space. There would be space for a 5th bedroom in the basement, where you see the desk today. There is a small closet in that end of the basement. We are in the progress of installing egress windows in the basement, which will be completed before renters move in.

All utilities are the renter's responsibility. Snow removal is renter's responsibility. Lawn care will be covered by the landlord.

We prefer no pets. However, we are willing to discuss specific situations. Tenants must have minimum 740 credit score.

House will be available in the summer of 2025. We are flexible on the move in date, so tell us what you are looking for.
