423 S Duff is a cute one bedroom house. Once you enter the front door you enter into the living room. The living room is a good size with room for family and friends to gather. The door to the bedroom is of the living room. The bedroom is large with a small closet. There is access to the bathroom from the bedroom and the kitchen. The bathroom is pretty small with a closet and a standing shower. The kitchen is a good size with room for a dining table. There is a back entry way off the kitchen which also has the washer and dryer. There is a small attached shed for storage. The back yard is large with off street parking. Pet Deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
