Next is the formal dining room with a large closet for storage. Next is a hallway which leads to the third bedroom, laundry room and a very large back entry way. Pet deposit is $750 with pet rent per animal of $25. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric through NorthWestern Energy. Tenant is also responsible for water, sewer and garbage through the City of Mitchell. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
