Relax in this newly remodeled and furnished home just a few blocks from State Street and downtown Bristol. It is also very convenient to the Bristol Casino, Bristol Regional Medical Center, and Bristol Motor Speedway.

The home features a living room with a sofa and chairs. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to prepare a meal as well as a dining table for four. There are two bedrooms both with queen beds and two full bathrooms -- one with a stand up shower and one with a tub/shower combo.

There is a Smart TV in the living room that allows you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.

There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit.

The home is a duplex unit with a private locked entrance and no doors adjoining the units. The outdoor space, including the back yard, front porch, and driveway are shared with the other duplex unit.

This home is located a few blocks from State Street in downtown Bristol. It is a residential neighborhood and the home is located off the Main Street behind two apartment buildings.

The unit is self-move in and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.

If you would like to opt for cleaning, linen changes, and supply replenishment during your stay, you may do so for $135 per clean.
