No minimum credit score required. If there are no applicants with a credit score of 580 or above, an additional deposit equal to the Last Month's Rent will also be required. NO evictions, utilities collections, or violent felonies in the last 5 years. Pets allowed on a case by case basis with a one-time $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet . NO inside smoking. 1 year lease required.
