The house is located on East 13th St and Navasota. 15-20 minute walk Target/Whole Foods, East 6th street and tons of restaurants nearby as well as yoga studios. Walkable to Moody center and UT campus. Living room features high ceilings, windows facing all directions, smart 55’’ TV, and a comfy couch. Large kitchen with quartz countertops, brand new appliances with Mega fridge,, large pantry, and all essential cooking supplies. Washer and dryer in house. The house is beautifully decorated with a boho international theme. Outdoor space features 3 decks with couches and chairs, and an outdoor grille. We are turning the garage into a workout space and adding a cold plunge.

The room comes fully furnished on the 1st floor with a queen memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, dresser, nightstand, and lamp, and a desk to work from home. Two large windows face north and east with vaulted ceilings.

Roommates:
Ryan, I’m 25, from the Bay Area, and went to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I run a short-term rental management company full-time, and when I’m not working, I’m probably hanging with friends or playing some kind of sport. I like staying active and always up for new adventures. Also, I like to keep my spaces very clean.

Jack, 26, originally from the UK. Have worked all of the world including Dubai but now call Austin home. I run a founders group in Austin, plugging startups with 500+ members. My focus is on a new startup and helping scale. When I’m not in the office you can find me at the gym or reading a good book.

Mads, 25, computer science PhD student from Denmark, currently visiting a research group at UT Austin. He’s focused on efficient training techniques for large language models and is always up for a good discussion about the future of AI. When he’s not immersed in code, Mads enjoys getting outside to stay active and play games. He’s looking for a roommate who keeps common areas tidy and is open to grabbing a beer and diving into thought-provoking conversations.

Nick, 30, originally from Tucson, Arizona. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Arizona. Currently, I’m an entrepreneur running my own Amazon wholesale business. I’m very driven and growth-minded, and I value cleanliness and surrounding myself with like-minded individuals. I’m looking for roommates who share these values and appreciate a positive and organized living environment.
