"Peach House" is an adorable older farmhouse duplex on 16 acres shared with an 8 space RV park. Lovely country feel while being close to Bastrop, south Austin, Cedar Creek, etc.
The price is $1,100 and water, trash, landscaping, washer and dryer, and exterior pest control are included. The yard is approximately 1/4 of an acre.
We love animals and they are approved on an individual basis. Cats and dogs must be fixed and we no longer accept dogs under 1 year old. This information will be verified with your veterinarian. We do have breed restrictions on the dogs and we are not able to accept any dog with a history of aggression. Pet rent is $35.00 per pet with a maximum of 2 depending on the size. The yard is not fenced.
Pay day plans are available to match your paycheck cycle.
Unfurnished: $1,100 once a month, $557 twice a month, or $261 each Friday.
Pay out the $1,100 security deposit, last month's rent, and $200 pre-paid exit cleaning fee over 4 months if needed.

Income standards- We are looking for Residents whose monthly income and bill obligations allow them to afford the monthly rent. We are looking for Residents who have a positive employment history. Qualifying income is a minimum of 3 times the rent per month. You are welcome to add Residents’ incomes to achieve the minimum 3 times.
Criminal history standards- We are looking for Residents who have a positive history of being law abiding, responsible, community members.
Credit history standards- We are looking for Residents who have a positive history of financial responsibility. We are not able to accept applicants who have charge offs or negative reports for utilities including cell phones.
Previous and current home standards- We are looking for Residents who have a stable, positive rental history of taking care of their current and previous homes and paying rent on time. This will include a 2-minute visit of applicant’s current home.
Animals- We welcome cats and dogs and they are approved on an individual basis. Cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered. We are not able to accept any dogs under 1 year old. We need to meet your animal in person at your current home and there are dog breed restrictions and we are not able to accept any dog with a history of aggression.
