There are no screens on windows or patio door, I was told they would not be provided. I pointed out dangerous trip hazards, they were ignored. I cannot use my shower because of water temperature changes, plumber not called. Standing water in lands ape and running down sidewalk, never corrected. I like the size of my apartment and my small yard. It is very quiet and neighbors are nice. The good far outweighs the bad but it would be so easy to make this an outstanding place to live. Also, love being so close to the river and shopping.
