“I love everything about the apartments but the residents are not the way it should be, like my upper level i don’t know how many people live there and I am surprised they have no common sense that someone is going to be disturbed from all the running, and playing all day long and most of the time even after 10 pm :(”

“The management have been outstanding on listening to any concerns or issues that I may have and immediately take action. The management of the building truly cares about the well being of the community. Not to mention they are all also extremely nice people. The maintenance people are wonderful as well. Friendly, polite, and take care of what you need done. The complex in general is well kept. Another thing is on reviews you will see a lot of them about roaches. I have been living here for months and have not seen a single roach inside my apartment once. I hate when does reviews push me away from choosing a complex and the fact is that those people are most likely lying or downright dirty people. I don't see roaches anywhere in the complex. I thank the management team for a wonderful experience. I love living here. Best place I've ever rented from.”
