How many times do you have to ask for the a/c to be repaired. I think I am up to # 6 so far. The outside unit is as old as the complex and should be replaced. the area is not to bad, just do not leave anything out and or unlocked. I think the new mangement is slowly turning the appts around.

The post office doesn't work, I've lost important documents, there's no security, there's no key. The maintenance is terrible, there are leaks in the bathroom, we've complained and nothing is resolved.
