“I love staying here. I mean they have some construction right here on Esters street and they are doing a lot of repairs on the water or something it causes our water to be shut off quite frequently but nothing to complain about. The office lets us know before hand so we can prepare. But overall they gave me a second chance and i love my apartment. Its only 1 entrance and exit in the front and i stay in the back but that isnt too much of an issue”

“I gave somewhat satisfied rating because the apartment doesn’t have cameras around the parking areas. My son’s truck was stolen from the covered area we pay for that is hidden from the street. It’s not the apartments fault that bad people steal but they could have cameras and more security. Maybe that would have prevented his truck and personal property from getting stolen.”

“The age of the building shows in certain aspects. It is well kept, but there are areas that were missed in the apartment upon move-in. Management always responds immediately, and there are no noise or bug issues. Apartments are spacious and great prices, and residents are given discounts to most of the surrounding retail spaces! Very convenient location to most common restaurants and shopping locations.”
