They were bought by a new company last year and have definitely been working on making some improvements. However, it's still obvious that it used to be low income housing. It took weeks to get my dishwasher fixed and my shower drenches my whole bathroom. Some previous repairs that were made were just cheap bandaid fixes and I think if they genuinely took the time to renovate the apartments they could be great. I'm very satisfied with the size of my apartment
