“I’m a little shy of a month here at Delante but so far I really like it! I thought the train would be annoying but it’s been fine. Quiet community and the leasing office staff is very friendly. Actually all of the staff and residents are welcoming. A few items were rushed during the make ready process of my unit but nothing has been a deal breaker so far. I feel like a made a great choice.”

“It's typical fairly quiet and well maintained. Management has always been responsive to questions and concerns, and there are a lot of activities or treats the office hosts.”

“Parking situation for visitors is terrible. The gate has no call box so people have no choice but to tailgate behind residents. And there’s no way for visitors to enter the main building without being accompanied by a resident which can be a pain when having multiple visitors. Even parking for residents can be rough, because there’s not always available space except on the fifth or sixth floor which is tough for people who live on lower levels.”

“The management have been outstanding on listening to any concerns or issues that I may have and immediately take action. The management of the building truly cares about the well being of the community. Not to mention they are all also extremely nice people. The maintenance people are wonderful as well. Friendly, polite, and take care of what you need done. The complex in general is well kept. Another thing is on reviews you will see a lot of them about roaches. I have been living here for months and have not seen a single roach inside my apartment once. I hate when does reviews push me away from choosing a complex and the fact is that those people are most likely lying or downright dirty people. I don't see roaches anywhere in the complex. I thank the management team for a wonderful experience. I love living here. Best place I've ever rented from.”
