“I love the apartment, however, there is alot of stomping noise upstairs which will vibrate the ceiling at times non-stop for long periods. I put in earplugs to do my work or turn on the TV to be able to function comfortably in my apartment.”

“It’s definitely worth checking into. I’m glad I did. It is an actually well taken care of community management or straight up people. There was a miscommunication on something and then when I brought it up, they fixed it and on their mistake. The only issue I’ve had is parking and trust me you wanna watch where you park I’ve already had to pay a towing fee to get my car back, other than that, it’s a better place to live than Trinity Heights”

“The refrigerator was very dated and did not fit the space it was in. It shifted OFTEN! Staff was good until I moved out then a lot of misinformation that was FINALLY resolved in my favor. I moved because f several noise complaints from the peopl upstairs being consistently noisy all day and nights. Security asked several times and it did not stop. They made fun of his stutter one day. I regret not going up there myself and talking to them but I wanted to handle it the way the office asked me so I did. Maintenance was A1 always next day service.”
