I mean they have some construction right here on Esters street and they are doing a lot of repairs on the water or something it causes our water to be shut off quite frequently but nothing to complain about. The office lets us know before hand so we can prepare. But overall they gave me a second chance and i love my apartment. Its only 1 entrance and exit in the front and i stay in the back but that isnt too much of an issue”

“It would be beneficial to put rounded mirrors in the garage to help drivers see who’s coming along the corners while turning. Only complaint is the bugs that come in sometimes but it’s not an everyday occurrence. Otherwise, everyone in the office is always pleasant and friendly, so are the maintenance people! I appreciate the constant cleaning that goes around and it shows.”

“The management have been outstanding on listening to any concerns or issues that I may have and immediately take action. The management of the building truly cares about the well being of the community. Not to mention they are all also extremely nice people. The maintenance people are wonderful as well. Friendly, polite, and take care of what you need done. The complex in general is well kept. Another thing is on reviews you will see a lot of them about roaches. I have been living here for months and have not seen a single roach inside my apartment once. I hate when does reviews push me away from choosing a complex and the fact is that those people are most likely lying or downright dirty people. I don't see roaches anywhere in the complex. I thank the management team for a wonderful experience. I love living here. Best place I've ever rented from.”
