“The security gate is frequently unsecured giving anyone access. Tenets who have pets do not pick up when their pet uses the bathroom.”

“Caroline Georgetown is a beautifully built apartment complex with great amenities. My favourite area is the pool area. Everything is kept clean, the maintainance service is promt and perfect. Management responds to your queries right away and eager to solve any issue if arises. The only disturbing thing is noise occuring nearly every day to the complex being under construction. We can sometimes hear our neighbours at night too. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.”

“I absolutely love living at Chapel Hill! My Floorplan is amazing! It literally feels like a small house. The office staff has always been helpful any time I've had a question or concern. Part of me wants to be selfish and not recommend leasing here but I cannot do it, it's by far the best place I've been to date. I literally only have 1 complaint and it's the parking. The ratio of apartments in a building to parking near your building is off. To make that worse, people park at your building and live in other buildings. Others also park their inoperable vehicles in the spots in front of the buildings versus along the fence. Other than that, this place is a 12 out of 10!!”
