-The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th bedroom has a master bed with attached bathroom, the 5th bedroom has a queen bed and the 6th bedroom has a queen bed
-Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a plenty of games. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private deck with BBQ grill.
I can’t blame you if you will want to stay most of your vacation in this home. Rest your tired legs on the sofa or armchairs as you watch the flat-screen TV in the living room. Relax on the back terrace and fenced-in lawn. Enjoy the privacy of the private deck with mature Texas Oaks Tree. Play fun board games in the well equipped living room, not to forget the professional BBQ grill, that is waiting only for you. I can assure you will Iove it!
You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids.

Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 10PM.

Tenant Selection Criteria:
-Good rental history: no evictions in the last 10 years, history of damage, or an outstanding balance due to a landlord.
-Verifiable income: minimum of 3x the monthly rent in gross monthly income.
-Roommate's monthly income must be able to qualify individually at 3x the rent.
-Criminal Background Checks: per the standards of the owner
-Credit History: must be able to verify on-time bill payments and lack of collections or credit write offs. Applicant may be denied due to poor credit history
-Pets: all pets must be current on vaccinations and rabies shots
$500 Pet deposit required per pet + Pet rent required per pet based on size and breed. All pets over 20 pounds require screening.
-Landlord will select the best-qualified applicant
