“Hardy Oak Apartment complex is clean and quiet. Much different from other complexes I’ve lived at. The amenities are nice and kept up with. There is a valet trash service that really does make such a huge difference. It’s the little things. I never have to spend time finding a parking spot. I also never have to park far because there is always open spots. Visitors do have to register their vehicles, but I like that. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. They actually get things done here! I don’t have many interactions with management but the few I do have, have all been pleasant. Overall, it’s an actual community here.”

“From the day I moved into the apartment it was like an omen for me. I love the location of my apartment. I truly appreciate the staff. They have been so very helpful to me from the very beginning. I can sit down outside and watch the hummingbirds fly in and out of the trees. And around the pool area all day. I used to do that with my husband. It is truly beautiful here. I am a happy camper.”
