Oaks of Westlakes Apartments

Been having issues w our a/c since we basically moved in. They’re barely “trying” to fix now and we’ve been here for already 10 months. They’ve had 3 different managers and different staff since we’ve been here. We also just had another incident where our kitchen plumping started leaking into our living room. They did come out right away, had a plumber come out and he put a whole in our wall, just to find out the pipes will need to be replaced. Roaches a major problem. They even had pest control come out and said there was no infestation. (We try our best to kill as we see, spray our own pesticides. Keep house clean). Oh and you have to be placed on a pest control weekly list so they can spray for you even then you pay for it in your rent. On another note the neighbors are really lovely.

Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything you have to continuously beg for them to take care of anything. When you get ahold of the they say they will stop by and never do. Front office is horrible probably the worst I’ve ever experienced they tend to bend the truth to get their way. They are incredibly rude and not very helpful ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone
