You'll have an a furnished bedroom, and full bathroom to yourself. If you need them un-furnished, I can work with you. The rent includes wifi, utilities, and a professional cleaning service. Access to kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishes, cups, plates, pans and cooking utensils. Laundry room with new washer and dryer included. Comfortable backyard perfect for relaxing outside. The property is monitored by a security system with cameras. You'll have driveway or street parking access.

A one year lease is preferable but flexible terms are also available for the right person. To ensure I find a good roommate fit for others living at the house I will take care selecting the right person. Non-smoking inside and on the property. Pets are not allowed as there are already 2 dogs on site. Good references, background check and credit history are required. An in-person interview will also be conducted before being selected. 1st month rent due at signing, plus security deposit equal to 50% of the rent.
